3.7 USB2.0 Interface
SIM6600-M2 supports one USB2.0 interface. The module supports three USB speeds: low-speed
(1.5Mbps), full-speed (12Mbps) and high-speed (480Mbps).
1. The USB_DN and USB_DP nets must be traced by 90Ohm+/-10% differential impedance.
2. USB NOT support OTG function and USB charging function.
Module is used as a USB device by default. When FULL_CARD_POWER_OFF# is pulled down,USB will
disconnect ,module will go to sleep mode which can reduce power consumption.Pull high the
FULL_CARD_POWER_OFF#,USB will reconnection.
