3.9 ADC
SIM7020G has a dedicated ADC pin. It is available for digitizing analog signals such as battery
voltage and so on. The electronic specifications are shown in the following table.

Note: “AT+CADC” can be used to read the voltage of the ADC pin, for more details, please refer to
document [1].
3.10 Power Supply Output
SIM7020G has a LDO power output named VDD_EXT. The output voltage is 1.8V. Meanwhile it
has a DCDC power output named VDD_3V3, which voltage range is 3.3V-3.5V (depend on
VBAT). Both of them are not present in PSM mode.
