ALERT MANAGEMENT
This screen allows the user to view, analyze and delete alerts that have
been downloaded from the Alert Monitor(s).
Alerts are displayed by
team. To see alerts received for players on each team, select the
appropriate team name from the dropdown menu.
1) Alert Management -
Highlighted
selection displays

MANAGEMENT

2) Player Info - Player
information is
displayed along
with the Alert Type:
either single or
multiple.
3) Mark as Read - When this button is clicked, the highlighted alert will
be marked as read.
4) Delete - When this button is clicked, the highlighted selection will be
deleted.
5) Export to File - When this button is clicked, the highlighted alert will
be exported as a .csv file.
DOWNLOADING ALERTS FROM THE ALERT MONITOR
Riddell recommends that Alerts be downloaded to InSite Player
Management software from Alert Monitors on a daily basis, so that Alert
information is saved within InSite Player Management software, and to
maintain free memory on the Alert Monitor to receive incoming Alerts.
Alerts are downloaded from the Alert Monitor to InSite Player
Management software using the following procedure:
1) Open InSite Player Management software
2) Connect the Alert Monitor via the USB cable to the computer
