Step 3:
Attach bottom side frames (A+B) to upper side
frames (E+F) using four bolts (1) x4.
Loosely tighten bolts.
Turn the wood top (G) upside down onto a smooth surface.
Attach the upper side frames (E+F) to the wood top (G)
using four bolts (1) x4.
Loosely tighten bolts.

Attach the wood shelves (H) to the side
frames (A+B+E+F) using eight bolts (1) x8.
Fully tighten bolts.
