1) Clean the appliance as described in the section "Cleaning".
2) Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free and dry location.
Troubleshooting
Fault Cause The solution
The appliance
is not working.
The plug is not connected.
Insert the plug into a mains power
socket.
The appliance is defective.
Contact our Customer Service
department.
The blade 6
does not rotate
well or not at
all.
The motor unit 4 and the blender
5 have not been assembled
correctly.
Remove the plug from the power
socket and assemble the appliance
properly.
The blade 6 is jammed.
Remove the plug from the power
socket and remove whatever object
is blocking the blade.
The blended food is too tough
or firm.
The appliance is not suitable for
processing hard food.
