Cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the

appliance.

During cleaning, never immerse the motor unit 4 in water or hold it

under running water.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► The blade 6 is extremely sharp! Handle it with great care at all times.

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Do not use aggressive, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents! They could

irreparably damage the surface!

NOTE

► We recommend that you clean the appliance immediately after using it to

prevent food residue from drying and becoming stuck.

1) Remove the power plug from the socket.

2) Remove the blender 5 from the motor unit 4. To do this, rotate the blender 5

towards the

symbol and pull it oﬀ.

3) Clean the motor unit 4 with a moist cloth.

Make sure that no water gets into the openings of the motor unit 4. For stub-

born dirt, add a little mild detergent to the cloth. Wipe oﬀ any washing-up

liquid residue with a damp cloth.

4) Thoroughly clean the blender 5 in soapy water, then rinse oﬀ the soap with

clear water.

NOTE

You can also clean the blender 5 in your dishwasher.

5) Dry everything thoroughly and ensure that the appliance is completely dry

before using it again.
