Troubleshooting
This section contains important information on fault identification and rectification. Follow
the instructions to avoid hazards and damage.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The UV appliance
cannot be switched
on.
The mains plug 3 is not
plugged in.
Plug the mains plug 3 into the
socket.
The mains power socket is
not supplying power.
Check the house fuses.
The 2-in-1 coator
the peel-off UV nail
polishare not
curing sufficiently.
Selected treatment time too
short.
Select a longer treatment time.
On or more of the LEDs
defective.
The UV LEDs cannot be
replaced. Contact the Customer
Service department.
You have applied too much
2-in-1 coator peel-off
UV nail polish.
Use less 2-in-1 coator peel-
off UV nail polish.
The nails were not positioned
correctly under the UV
LEDs.
Hold your hand correctly in the
UV appliance .
A dispersion layer
remains on the nails
after curing.
A dispersion layer is
formed due to polymeri-
sation.
Remove the dispersion layer
afterwards with a cleansing
pad.
A UV LED is not light-
ing up.
UV LED defective.
The UV LEDs cannot be
replaced. Contact the Customer
Service department.
