Problem Cause Solution
The flash is not
working.
The flash is turned off. Turn the flash on.
The image is fuzzy or
out of focus.
The camera is being
moved during use.
Hold the camera as
still as possible.
The subject is beyond
the range of the
camera.
Change your position
relative to the subject.
Images taken are not
being saved.
The camera is being
switched off before the
images are saved.
Only switch the
camera off only when
the save process has
finished.
