Photo - Exposure
You can determine the exposure value manually. The suitable setting
is dependent on the light conditions surrounding the subject. Select a
positive illumination value in the range of +1/3 to +2.0, if you wish to
photograph the subject in a darker environment. Select a negative
illumination value of -1/3 to -2.0, if the subject is very light or luminous
(e.g. a switched on monitor or television), or if you wish to take a
photo in backlight (e.g. direct sunlight). If you are unsure which
exposure settings to use determine the value experimentally if
necessary. The following settings are possible:

Recommended for subjects in a darker environment.

Less sensitive exposure setting.
Recommended for luminous or backlight subjects.
