Safety service point! Do not expose the device to mechanical stress! Avoid theft and unauthorised use especially if the device has been installed in a car! Before leaving the parked vehicle, remove the control panel of the MP3 car radio – recorder and store it safely in the plastic box (ABS).

DIN 8 pole plug (adapter to connect electronic HiFi device in accordance with DIN standard (e.g. CD changer connection to a MP3 car radio recorder). ISO plug: Adapter to connect electronic HiFi devices in accordance with International Organization for Standardization.

Assembly Hook up the connecting lead of the plug in el with the (+) lead for the rear right loudspeaker. Hook up the connecting lead of the plug in em with the (-) lead for the rear right loudspeaker. Hook up the connecting lead of the plug in en with the (+) lead for the front right loudspeaker. Assembly · · Insert the DIN 8-pole plug of the connecting cable until it catches into the DIN 8-pole plug jack AUX fqto the rear of the casing. Insert the DIN 8-pole plug to the other end of the connecting cable until it catches into the DIN 8-pole plug-jack AUX of the CD changer. · · · · · · · · · · · · · Connection with a Final Amplifier Tip! Assembly / Operation Attach the fixing screw frwith the M5 nut and washer to the holder and assembly cut-out of the car. Ensure that there is voltage on the vehicle’s connection cables for the 12 V DC power supply. The LED (red) dqflashes. Operation Selection and setting of play functions Your settings are stored automatically · Press and hold the SEL / VOL dial cpfor two seconds INVOL: Volume when switching on. · Set the desired volume of the MP3 car radiorecording by turning the SEL / VOL dial cpwhen switching on the radio. · Press the SEL / VOL dial cpagain to select the function ADJ: Time display. · Set the desired hour setting by turning the SEL / VOL dial cpclockwise.

Operation Setting 3 Band PLL Tuner 3 INT 4 RDM There are 3 x FM frequencies (FM1, FM2 and FM3), 2 x medium wave frequencies (MW1 and MW2) and 1 x long wave frequency band for selection. Every frequency band has six pre-settings for storing radio stations. · Press the BD ENT button bnand select the frequency band that you wish to receive. The display reads the frequency band, e.g. [FM2], the frequency, e.g. [99.

The display reads [TA] if the radio station tuned into broadcasts traffic updates. The display flashes [TA] if the radio station tuned into does not broadcast traffic updates.

Inserting the CD · Carefully slide the CD or CD-R or CD-RW through the CD slot 3into the CD compartment dm. · Ensure that the side carrying audio data is facing downward. Playing starts automatically and the display 7 reads the details about: track, play time, storage frequency, number and status of pre-sets. Selecting a track Determine the playing sequence.

The display 7reads: [RPT MMC]. · Press and hold within five seconds the [ENT BD] button bnfor two seconds. The display 7reads: [RECORD], followed by [R] (flashing), the pre-set number (e.g. [01]) and the duration of the recording (e.g. [19.58]). End recording · Press the BD ENT button bn. Start deleting · Start playing the track you wish to delete.
