Introduction KH 2315 Micro Designer System with Vertical CD Player Introduction Use according to purpose The system is suited to playback (audio cassettes, CD, CD-R, CD-RW/MP3) and record audio cassettes. It is also suited for the reception of radio stations. Every modification to the system is deemed an interference with its intended purpose and cause for a substantial risk of accident.

Safety / Operation: General · gap of 10 cm to the sides. Do not place the device in the immediate vicinity of inflammable materials (e.g. curtains, flammable fluids etc.). Operation: General - Position loudspeakers as such on the shelf that the front edge stands flush with the edge of the shelf. - To avoid booming, place a rubber mat under the loudspeakers. o this 5. Operation: General Set sound [ » CLASSIC/ROCK/POP/JAZZ/PASS « ] Press EQ S to adjust the sound quality of a track for the respective type of music and thus to increase the listening quality. The chosen setting CLASSIC, ROCK, POP, JAZZ or PASS appears briefly on the display W. Noise suppression [ » BEAT CUT « ] Noise suppression can be used during AM reception or during recording. Some AM broadcasting stations and the cassette recorder can experience interference such as noise.
Operation: General / Radio 9. Press TIMER again - the display for the sound source flashes. 10. Use F-SKIP or R-SKIP to select the desired sound source (CD or TUNER). 11. Press TIMER again - the volume display flashes. 12. Use F-SKIP or R-SKIP to set the desired volume. 13. Press TIMER again – the display consecutively indicates the timer settings. A clock symbol to the top left of the display indicates that the timer function has been set. 14.
Operation: Radio / CD player Manual search 1. For fine tuning briefly touch F-SKIP I or RSKIP U several times to increase or decrease the frequency in small increments. 2. To set a certain frequency hold F-SKIP or RSKIP for 1 second to start auto-search. When approaching the desired frequency stop the search by pressing F-SKIP or R-SKIP again. Continue with step 1 until you have reached the desired setting.
Operation: CD player Skip track forward: Press F-SKIP I for playback to skip to the next track. 4. Select the number of the track to be played first using F-SKIP I or R-SKIP U. 5. Press MEMORY/PROG. The track is now stored as the first programmed track (P--01). The display indicates the programme track 02 (P--02). 6. To select the next title to be stored, use FSKIP or R-SKIP. 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 if you wish to store further tracks. 8. End programming by pressing MEMORY/PROG {.
Operation: CD player 2 Press REPEAT twice to repeat all tracks. The display indicates REPEAT ALL. 3. To deactivate the repeat function press REPEAT until REPEAT disappears from the display. Random play of tracks [ » RANDOM « ] The RANDOM function randomly chooses the order of tracks of the inserted CD. The RANDOM function can only be activated by remote control. 1. Insert a CD. 2. Select the CD player with CD/MP3 Ra. 3. Press RAND s to start playback in a random order. The display W shows RAND. 4.
Operation: CD player / Cassette player sired album and confirm this with MEMORY/ PROG. 4. Use R-SKIP or F-SKIP to select the desired track on the album and store this with MEMORY/PROG. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all desired tracks have been stored. 6. Start playback by pressing PLAY/PAUSE T. The display indicates REPEAT ALL (tracks). 3. Press REPEAT three times for the repeated playback of the album. The display indicates REPEAT ALBUM. 4. Press REPEAT four times to cancel the repeat function.
Operation: Cassette player / Maintenance and cleaning / Disposal / Information Recording tapes · The KH 2315 designer system features automatic modulation. Changes to the volume or sound setting do not influence the recording. Disposal 1. Insert a cassette and if necessary forward or rewind it to the point where the recording is to start. A recording is only possible for cassettes without overwrite-protect function! 2. Press PAUSE t. 3. Press RECORD y. The PLAY u button is automatically activated.
