NAME

Command NAME is used retrieve friendly name of the device.

Synopsis

NAME {address}

Description

addr

Bluetooth device address of the device.

Response

None.

Events

• NAME event is delivered when friendly name is known.

• NAME ERROR event is delivered if friendly name lookup fails.
