Print Using an IPP Port of Windows 2000

-IPP function is available only with PRICOM C-5100 and PRICOM C-6100U.

-You need to have administrator rights to setup PRICOM in Windows 2000.

1. Go to

Start - Settings - Control PanelStart - Settings - Control Panel

Start - Settings - Control Panel

- Printers- Printers

- Printers and double click on

AddAdd

Add

PrinterPrinter

Printer.

Add Printer WizardAdd Printer Wizard

Add Printer Wizard will

start.

2. Select

Network printerNetwork printer

Network printer for printer

connection.

3. At

Locate Your PrinterLocate Your Printer

Locate Your Printer, select

Connect to a printer on the internetConnect to a printer on the internet

Connect to a printer on the internet

or on your intranetor on your intranet

or on your intranet and assign URL

of PRICOM or the IP address. If

Printer ConnectionPrinter Connection

Printer Connection appears, click on

OKOK

OK.

- If the URL is "abc.com"

http://abc.com/ipp/lp

or http://abc.com/ipp

-If the IP address is "192.168.10.100"

http://192.168.10.100/ipp/lp

or http://192.168.10.100/ipp
