Certied products: security and condence
SilberSonne LED products are designed according to strict international ligh-
ting so that meet the highest standards of quality and have the following
certications.
Testimony that the products comply with the minimum legal requirements and techni-
cal security of the Member States of the European Union. The CE mark is based on four
guidelines:
2006/95/EC LVD (Low Voltage Directive).
2004/108/CE EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
2011/65/EU RoHS2 (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
2009/125/CE ErP (Energy-related Products).
Unique, independent and internationally recognized certication issued by TÜV / SÜD, a
German company founded in 1886 and headquartered in Munich, specializing in certi-
cation, testing, auditing and training.
As a company outside the manufacturer acts as guarantor of that certied products
meet the minimum requirements, thus giving customers the assurance that branded pro-
ducts TÜV / SÜD are synonymous with quality and trust.
VDE, the Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies, of German
origin and founded in 1920, is the undisputed leader in the certication of safety and
quality of all kinds of electrical products including lighting.
To register their certicates VDE performs tests according to German DIN demanding.
SilberSonne is currently engaged in the VDE certication process.
