The following customer support services are available:
• Avid On-Call per-event telephone support.
• Avid CallPak (10-pack), good on any system at a given site.
• Avid Assurance annual contract, unlimited telephone support
from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., local time in North America.

Goodies Folder
The Avid Xpress DV CD-ROM includes a Goodies folder. This folder
contains third-party applications or plug-ins you can use.
