Microwave-safe kitchenware
1. Microwavescannotpenetratemetal,soitisimportanttochoosetheright
cookwaretouseinthemicrowave.Donotusemetalutensilstoheatfoodordrink
unlessthemanufacturerspeciestheexacttypeandshapeofmetalutensils.
2. Donotusecookwarewithametalrimorglazethatcontainsmetal.
3. Donotuserecycledpaperutensilsastheymaycontainsmallamountsofmetal
partsthatcancausesparksand/orre.
4. Round/ovalcookwareispreferabletosquarecookware,asfoodpiecesinthe
corners tend to overheat.
5. Thin slices of aluminium foil can be used to cover thin or fragile parts of food. But
be careful not to use too much aluminium foil. It is important that the distance
betweenthealuminiumfoilandtheinnerwallisgreaterthan2.5cm.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Beforecleaning,switchofftheovenanddisconnectthepowerplugfromthemains
socket.
Keeptheinsideoftheovenclean.Wipeofffoodandliquidresidueswithasoft,slightly
dampenedsponge.Iftheinteriorisheavilysoiled,useasmallamountofdishwashing
liquidappliedtoasponge.Donotusespraysorotherharshcleaningagents.Theycan
leave stains or smudges.
Wipetheoutersurfacewithasoft,slightlydampenedsponge.Topreventdamageto
theoperatingpartsinsidetheoven,ensurethatwaterdoesnotentertheoveninterior
through the ventilation holes.
Regularlywipethedoorandwindowonbothsides,thedoorsealsandadjacentsur-
faceswithasoftandslightlydampspongetoremovestainsanddirt.Donotuseharsh
cleaning agents.
Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the oven.
Preventthecontrolpanelfromgettingwet.Wipeitwithaclean,drycloth.When
cleaningthecontrolpanel,leavethedooropentopreventtheovenfromaccidentally
starting up.
Ifsteambuildsupinsidetheovenandoutsidethedoor,wipeitoffwithadrycloth.
