Microwave-safe kitchenware
1. Microwavescannotpenetratemetal,soitisimportanttochoosetheright
cookwaretouseinthemicrowave.Donotusemetalutensilstoheatfoodordrink
unlessthemanufacturerspeciestheexacttypeandshapeofmetalutensils.
2. Donotusecookwarewithametalrimorglazethatcontainsmetal.
3. Donotuserecycledpaperutensilsastheymaycontainsmallamountsofmetal
partsthatcancausesparksand/orre.
4. Round/ovalcookwareispreferabletosquarecookware,asfoodpiecesinthe
corners tend to overheat.
5. Thin slices of aluminium foil can be used to cover thin or fragile parts of food. But
be careful not to use too much aluminium foil. It is important that the distance
betweenthealuminiumfoilandtheinnerwallisgreaterthan2.5cm.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Beforecleaning,switchofftheovenanddisconnectthepowerplugfromthemains
socket.
Keeptheinsideoftheovenclean.Wipeofffoodandliquidresidueswithasoft,slightly
dampenedsponge.Iftheinteriorisheavilysoiled,useasmallamountofdishwashing
liquidappliedtoasponge.Donotusespraysorotherharshcleaningagents.Theycan
leave stains or smudges.
Wipetheoutersurfacewithasoft,slightlydampenedsponge.Topreventdamageto
theoperatingpartsinsidetheoven,ensurethatwaterdoesnotentertheoveninterior
through the ventilation holes.
Regularlywipethedoorandwindowonbothsides,thedoorsealsandadjacentsur-
faceswithasoftandslightlydampspongetoremovestainsanddirt.Donotuseharsh
cleaning agents.
Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the oven.
Preventthecontrolpanelfromgettingwet.Wipeitwithaclean,drycloth.When
cleaningthecontrolpanel,leavethedooropentopreventtheovenfromaccidentally
starting up.
Ifsteambuildsupinsidetheovenandoutsidethedoor,wipeitoffwithadrycloth.
