The two lower rows of
job control windows
below the preview pane
adjusts to display a quick
preview of the copy
layout below the
image size information.
The upper row shows
the total number of rows
and columns, the num-
ber of rows, number of
columns, and the total
number of copies. The
lower row shows the
margins between rows
and columns.
The default layout leaves
no margin between
copies in order to save
media. To adjust this, use
the up and down ar-
rows to increase this in
1/4” increments. There
are separate windows
for adding space verti-
cally between multiple
rows and adding space
horizontally between
columns.
