The Snoozeal is designed to operate safely at all times, our product will operate

in a safe mode if it encounters an error code. Contact Signifier Medical Technologies’s

Help/Support team in the event of persistent error codes.

Here is a list of things that can be done

that will help to fix the issues:

1 Ensure there are no battery

low warnings and replace

batteries if required

2 Ensure the controller in within

1 metre of the remote, power o

remote, wait 10 secs, repower the

remote and attempt to pair

3 Connect the controller to the charger,

have controller within 3.4 feet (1 meter)

of remote, turn o remote, wait 10 sec,

repower and attempt to pair

IF the above trouble shooting does not

fix the error,
