Low Voltage Resistance Settings
This section explains how to change learn and test settings. Each of the low voltage resistance
learn and test settings are explained.
Changing Learn and Test Parameter Settings
The Learn Settings affect the way the tester learns a cable. After a cable is learned, the Learn
Settings become the Test Parameter Settings for that cable. The Test Parameter Settings
determine how a cable is tested.
To Set Learn Settings:
1. On the main menu press Set Up Test
Program.
2. Press Create New Test.
3. Press Set Learn Settings.
4. Select the appropriate category of Learn
Settings.
5. Select the specific Learn Setting you want
to change. You may need to scroll
to see all the settings in the category.
6. Set the desired value for the Learn Setting.
Some Learn Settings toggle between two
values and others scroll through a range of
values.
7. Press ACCEPT or back to exit the
specific Test Setting.
8. Press back to exit the category of Learn
Settings.
9. Press back to exit the SET LEARN
SETTINGS menu.
