***TheLeather andUpholsteryFabricLimited Warrantyalso includes seamslippage, cracking,and dyetransfers.Leather is a naturalproduct,and,as such,
eachhide willreflectits ownindividuality.Some varia
onsof shadeandtone aretobeexpectedas arethenicks,scratches, andwrinkles thatonlyoccurin
genuineleather;thesecharacteriscsareinnowaytobeconsideredadefect.TheseLimitedWarranesdonotcovertears,flaeningofnap,pilling,fading,or
shrinking
andisnotvalidwhenheavysoilingorabuseisevident.TheseLim i tedWarranesalsodonotcoverprotecvefinishes,velvets,andvelvettypes,since
bytheirverynature,thesefabricsareofsotextureandwillcrush,shadeandmarkmorereadilythanmostfabrics;thesecharacteris
csareinnowaytobe
consideredadefect.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
ThefollowinglimitaonandexceponsapplytotheLimitedWarranes:
Remedy
UndertheseLimitedWarranes,forallofitsproductsotherthananUnaachedCushion(asdefinedinthetopicalheading“UnaachedCushioning”),thesole
liability of Warrantor is limited to repair, or at its opon, replacement the applicable product or part not in conformity with these
Limited Warranes. RE-
FUNDS ARENOT AVAILABLE. If within the warranty period, idencal materials are unavailable atthemeof repairorreplacement, Warrantor reserves the
righttosubstutematerialsofequalorbe erquality.Replacementfabricsmayvaryincolorfromtheoriginalduetodye
lotdifferences.
In addion, during the periodofany applicableLabor Coverage, Warrant or will pay,withinone year fromthedate of purchase, reasonable and customary
labor rates to repair or repl ace the defecveparts(at Warrantor’s opon) and shipping costs from the retailertoand
fromWarrantor, at no charge to the
originalretailpurchaser.AertheexpiraonoftheLaborCoverageorforallproductsorpartsnotcoveredbyLaborCoverage,theoriginalretailpurchaserwill
beresponsible forlabor,packing,an d allshippingand transportaoncosts.The costsassociatedwith
transporngthefurniture orparts fromyourhome to
theretailerorfromtheretailertoyourhomeareexcludedfromallLimitedWarranes.
ForUnaachedCushionswithamaterialmanufacturingdefect,WarrantorwillreplacethedefecveUnaachedCushionprovidedthattheoriginalretailpur-
chaser
duringthewarrantyperiod(i)complieswiththeClaimProceduresetforthintheseLimitedWarranesand(ii)ifrequestedbyWarrant or,returnsthe
defecvecushion core contained within anUnaachedCushion toRoomsoluons Brand, An:DirectorofQuality,OneAshleyWay, Arcadia,WI54612.
The
remedyspecifiedinthisparagraphisWarrantorsoleliabilityrelatedtoUnaachedCushions.

LIMITED WARRANTIES
ThefollowingLimitedWarranesaregivenonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaser,subjecttoallthetermsandcondionsbelow.TheseLimitedWarranesarenon-
