Remarks This function selects between the fast and slow filter of the RMS measurement function
The default is FALSE, or slow RMS. Setting bFast TRUE (1) selects the fast responding
filter, which provides for fast 25ms settling time, and limits the low frequency band
to 400Hz. FALSE (0) selects the slow 500ms settling time, and limits the low frequ
bandwidth to 10Hz.
