BANK LED:
For the master bank, BANK LED displays the selected bank
number.
For the slave banks, BANK LED displays the bank address
of the bank.
CHANNEL LED:
For the master bank, CHANNEL LED displays the selected
PC number.
For the slave banks, CHANNEL LED is blank.
