8. Unable to switch channel

• If you are using Hot Keys, make sure "CTRL", "ALT" and

"SHIFT" keys are pressed simultaneously and follow with

a valid digit number and "Enter"

• If you are using the push button, make sure you push the

center of the button to accurately initiate the switching.

• For model 098-8020, do not move the mouse or type on

the keyboard before the KVM Switch completes the

channel switching. The monitor will not switch until no

more mouse or keyboard signals are detected.
