TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Power LED is not lit

• Check if the power adapter is properly connected to the

power outlet and the KVM Switch. Make sure the power

switch on the unit is turned ON.

2. No screen display after the PC is powered on or after

switching channel

• Press the SELECT button to switch to a port with a PC

connected.

• Make sure the cables are firmly plugged into the console

connector.

• Make sure the monitor is firmly plugged into the PC port

connectors.

• Try a different video resolution by adjusting the setting of

the display controller card from the Windows control

panel.

3. Lost mouse control

• Do not move the mouse during switching. The KVM

Switch can not switch the mouse control when it is still

receiving the mouse's signals.

• Make sure the mouse is firmly plugged into the console

connector.
