OPERATION

PC Selection Method

Three different PC selection methods are supported by the

KVM Switch:

Keyboard Hot Keys-- Use pre-defined Hot Keys to directly

select a PC.

Front Panel Push Button-- Switch PCs or activate the

automatic scan mode by the push button on the front panel.

Automatic Scan-- Automatically scan all connected and

powered-on PCs at a preset time interval.

CAUTION: Do not move the mouse or type on the keyboard before

the KVM Switch completes the channel switching. Failure to do so

may lock up your keyboard or mouse. See Chapter 5 "Trouble

shooting" for further details.

Keyboard Hot Keys

You can select a specific channel (PC) and activate the

automatic scan mode using the keyboard Hot Keys. The

keyboard Hot Keys provide an instant and convenient way to

control all your PCs.
