There are two units for ingress policer rate limit: kbps / Mbps
Shaper Enabled:
Shaper enabled to limit egress bandwidth by shaper rate.
Shaper Rate:
The configurable shaper rate range:
500 Kbps ~ 1000000 Kbps
1 Mbps ~ 1000 Mbps
Shaper Unit:
There are two units for egress shaper rate limit: kbps / Mbps
