Restore Default Configuration function can retrieve the ex-factory setting to
replace the working configuration.

Function description:
Restore User Configuration function can retrieve the previous confirmed
working configuration stored in the flash memory to update user’s current
working configuration. When completing to restore the configuration, the
system’s working configuration is updated and will be changed its working
mode by the new configuration immediately.
