4-4-9. Trap/Alarm Configuration
Function name:
Trap Events Configuration
Function description:
The Trap Events Configuration function is used to enable the Managed Media
Converter to send out the trap information while pre-defined trap events
occurred. Signamax 065-1600 series offers 16 different trap events to users
for converter management. The trap information can be sent out in three ways,
including e-mail, mobile phone SMS (short message system) and Trap. Move
the cursor to <Edit> and press <Enter> key, then the message will be sent
while users tick () the trap event individually by pressing <Space> key on
the console management shown as below.
