Priority:
This is for traffic priority. User can configure a MAC address high priority
or low priority. If MAC address is configured high priority, the packet with
that DA or SA will be put into the high priority queue and be transmitted
with high priority. If MAC address is configured low priority, the packet
with that MAC address will be transmitted with low priority.

Delete Entry:
