USING DIGITAL ZOOM

The digital zoom function allows you to control the Photon’s magnication. Each Photon RT model is

equipped with 2x digital zoom. When digital zoom is activated, the full magnication value is shown on the

display.

To activate the zoom function:

1) Press twice on the controller (3) to select the zoom icon.

2) Rotate the controller to cycle between the optical magnication and the 2x zoom. For example, the 4.5x

Photon will change to 9x when the 2x digital zoom is applied. The 6x Photon will change to 12x magnica-

tion when the 2x digital zoom is applied.

Note: digital zoom is not saved in the riescope’s memory. Each time the scope is turned o and back on, digital zoom is turned o and the

magnication will be set to the optical magnication (i.e. 4.5x or 6x).
