6 Modification of the pistol
The pistol is designed for right-hand and left-hand
operation. Slide catch lever 8 can be operated
from either side. The modification of the operating
side is thus limited to the repositioning of the
magazine catch 2.
6.1 Repositioning the magazine catch
Procedure:
1. Push in magazine catch 2 until it projects a
little on the opposite side (see Fig. 3).
2. Push the straightened end of a paper clip into
the opening of the magazine catch. The sear
of the magazine catch lock 3 is released (see
Fig. 6).
3. Remove magazine catch lock 3.
4. Remove magazine catch 2 and insert it from
the desired operating side (see Fig. 7).
5. Push in the magazine catch lock from the
opposite side until the sear engages.

Uncontrolled discharge of shot
May lead to death or severe injuries
• Prior to modifying the pistol, make sure that it
is unloaded and that the magazine is
removed (see section “Unloading the pistol”
on page 10).
