!BPLMNTIMER
Supporting chipsets:

Set/return data inactivity timer value
Set or return the GPRS data inactivity timer ‘expiry’ value.
The timer represents the time elapsed since the last time there was PS data traffic – the
timer resets to zero each time PS data traffic is received.
After the timer expires, a background PLMN scan to find a home or more-preferred
PLMN network occurs (note that while the scan is in progress, data traffic is blocked).
Usage:
Execution: AT!BPLMNTIMER=<timer>
Result:
OK
Purpose: Set the inactivity timer.
Query: AT!BPLMNTIMER?
Response:
!BPLMNTIMER:
Recent Activity Timer (s): <timer>
OK
or !BPLMNTIMER:
Recent Activity Timer is not set, default is used
OK
Purpose: Display the current <timer> setting.
Parameters:
<timer> (Data inactivity timer, in seconds)
Valid range: 0–65535
Default: 45

Return modem hardware ID
Return the modem’s hardware ID number.
Usage:
Query: AT!BSHWID?
Response:
<HW ID value>
OK
Purpose: Return the modem’s <HW ID value>.
Parameters:
<HW ID value> (Modem’s hardware ID)
Valid range: 0–63
