N5: 10.0 slpm or nlpm, F6 or N6: 20.0 slpm of nlpm, F7 or N7: 50.0 slpm or nlpm.
Other ranges in other units are available (e.g., scfh or nm3/h), but may extend lead time (consult
factory).
