LED Diagnostics
While the Yosemite Family video routing switchers are in operation LEDs indicate the system’s
performance. There are six colored LED bulbs located on the edge of the processor, and ten DIP Array
LEDs located in U1. These LEDs reveal possible problems and can help you troubleshoot the routing
switcher performance.
U-1 LED Indicators to the right of DIP Switches
LED Meaning
LED1 Router IDLE, LED7 and LED 8 count once per second
LED2 Communication processing between master and standby processors
is taking place
LED3 Terminal protocol processing is taking place
LED4 Panel protocol processing is taking place
LED5 Host protocol processing is taking place
LED6 Host protocol output processing is taking place
LED7 LED8:LED7 count in binary once per second while idle. See LED1
LED8
LED9 Vertical sync interrupt processing is taking place
LED10 Crosspoint output processing is taking place
Note: LEDe and LEDf are always OFF if DIP Switch S1-2 is OFF
