Vessel Management System
Vessel Management System is a web-based system that provides visibility to all
documents relating to the Vessel at a centralized location.
The System facilitates vessel owners to view documents relating to their Vessel
including the location status.
Statutory Inspection reports
Port State Control inspection reports (PSC) relating to the inspection carried out
by the Port authorities can be centrally stored for each vessel.
Wetting Inspection reports relating to inspections done by the customer can also
be made available for viewing by vessel owners for the individual vessels.
Compliance to OCIMF & CDI
Statutory reports complying with the standards formulated by Oil Companies
International Marine Forum (OCIMF) and Chemical Distribution Institute (CDI)
including the Harmonized Vessel particulars questionnaire (HVPQ) can be made
available for Vessel owner’s reference.
Vessel Profile and Events
This module provides the profile of each Vessel as per the standard specifications
and information relating to scheduled inspections.
Vessel arrival and departure dates with destination details are also available.
System Benefits:
• Substantial reduction in time, effort and cost in the availability of timely and
accurate data for the vessel owners.
• Centrally stored web based system facilitates access from anywhere, anytime
for instant information.
• Only Authorized users can log into to the system and get the required data. This
ensures security to the information available in the system.
• Data when stored in a database can be used for obtaining strategic information
from the historical data. This will bring down the time and effort spent in
retrieving critical data from the records, besides ensuring accuracy of
information at any point in time.
• The system can also be extended to be used as a collaborative Intranet by
establishing discussion forums between the Vessel owners and Ship Managers.
Similar Discussion forums can also be established between the Vessel team
and the Corporate Office. Such an extension would significantly bring down the
time and cost involved in communication.
TMP-Georadar Systems
The TMP-GPR realizes detailed subsoil profiles by a bandwidth radio impulse.
This nondestructive survey is used in several fields, thanks to its widely versatile
tools:
• Searches for sub-services and fluids losses (including contaminants)
• Provides geology survey, stratigraphy and hydrology
• Offers environmental surveys
• Allows the reinforcement in concrete detection, voids and fractures
• Allows archaeological investigation ( structures and handworks identification)
• Allows for the assessment of the road surface and railway embankments
