OMR – OPERATIVE MOBILE
ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION
OMR is meant to facilitate the managing of all those hazardous operations in
which is required, two mobile computers and a PDA operable through a long
range wireless encrypted network system. The agents, disposed in strategic
points on the operation location, will be then able to share the all the information
crucial for the activity progress.
In addition to the system are also integrated managing software to facilitate the
operation of the staff:
• Software of voice transcription (TekSpeech): will not be required the direct
and continuous intervention by the operator for all the transcription
operations of the voice communication (ex.in case of negotiation) because
will be authomatically managed by the system OMR.
• Instant messaging system: to allow a quick communication among the

MR is composed of 4 modules:
• Central module - A PC with server functionalities in which are centralized all
the information to distribute to the several customers.
• Control module - It is where all the information are managed and
monitored, equipped with projector, allows a convenient operation
management.
• Negotiation module - A unit provided with a specific software interface
made ad hoc for the operator who, equipped with microphone, will attend to
the dictation of the operation relevant information. The software will convert
the voice data in text and make them available, in vision, to the Control
module.
• PDA module - Possibility to capture video to share them with the other
clients or reply the functions of the Negotiation module interacting through a
Bluetooth headphone.

cataloging all types of audio and video files, is the primary tool in the range for

Video capture
The Hypercast Editor user interface is designed to provide fast and accurate
control without requiring any special knowledge. You can play back all types of
audio and video documents either locally, over a network, from a tape deck, or
from an audiovisual database.
