TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Below is a chart detailing the most common problems, their causes and
solutions. Prior to troubleshooting, isolate the unit by removing the cord from
the power socket.
Leave the Eco-Steamer to
cool down for a while before
refill, use the provided Funnel
for refill every time.
No steam.
Eco-Steamer is not
on. Water tank is
empty.
Switch on the Eco-Steamer
by pressing the Switch Button
and make sure the red light
is on. Refill the water tank as
instructed.
No steam, but
water.
Condensation is
formed inside the
hose.
Press the Steam Trigger and
release the water until steam
comes.
Puffs of steam
during refill.
Water tank is too
hot.
