FCC NOTES:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device ma
y not c au s e harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by
the party responsible for complian c e could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
To comply with FCC’s RF exposure limits for general
population/uncontrolled exposure, the antenna(s)
used for this transmitter mu st be in stalled to provide
a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all
persons and must not be co-located or operatin g in
conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
FCC Interference Statement (Part 15.105 (b))
This equipm
ent has been tested and found to comply
with the lim
its for a Class B digital de vice, pursuant
to Part 15 of
the FCC Rules. T he se limits a re
designed t
o provide reasonable protection against
harmful in
terference in a residential installation. This
equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio
frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in
accordanc
e with the instructions, may cause ha rmful
interfer
ence to radio communications. However,
there is n
o guarantee that interference will not occur
in a parti
cular installation. If this equipment does
cause harmful
interference to radio or television
reception, wh
ich can be determined by turning the
equipment off
and on, t he user is encouraged to try
to correct the
interference by one of the following
measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the
separation between the
equipment an
d receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a
circuit different from that to which the receiver
is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.
Industrie Canada Certification:
This device has been designed to operate with
an antenna having a maximum gain of 5dBi. An
antenna h a ving a higher gain is strictly prohibited
per regulations of Industry Canada. The required
antenna impedance is 50Ω.
To reduce potential radio interference to other users,
the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen
that the equivalent isotropically radiated power
(EIRP) is not more than that required for successful
communication.
The Wirele
ss Field Panel Transceiver (FPX) is to
be install
ed or replaced by professional installation
personne
lonly.
