Task of the Kc values database Heat cost allocators are used for the recording of the heat output of radiators and the consumption related allocation of the heating costs to the individual consumers of a usage unit. In accordance with DIN EN 834, heat cost allocators are: “Recording meters for the temperature integrated over time. The temperature is used to determine the heat output of the room heating surfaces at which the heat cost allocators or their sensors are installed.
Installation Language selection during installation As a first step, the preferred languages will be selected for the installation assistant. Click “OK” after selecting the language. Determination of the heat cost allocator to be used The suitable type of a heat cost allocator of the new generation will be determined in step 1 by selecting the parameters “Type of installation", “previously used heat cost allocator” and "Sensor system for new heat cost allocators”. Step 1 is displayed in a compact layout if the resolution width is less than 1024 pixels. Siemens Building Technologies LUM4-SITS-GB0-KCWDB 06.02.
Type of installation “New installation”, “Extension” and “Standard replacement” are available as types of installation. Heat cost allocator used before are not available for a new installation. The two special installations use the mounting plate P3 for new installations. “Extension” must be selected if SIEMENS heat cost allocators are already used in the property and if they have to be extended or replaced due to repair.
“Standard replacement” must be selected if the heat cost allocators of a different manufacturer must be replaced by SIEMENS heat cost allocators. Previously used heat cost allocators include “WHE3x“, “WHE3xZ“, “WHE46“ and “WHE46Z“. Previously used heat cost allocators Depending on the type of installation, a selection can be made from “none“, “WHE3x“, “WHE3xZ“, “WHE46“ and “WHE46Z“, as the previously used heat cost allocator.
Determination of the radiator WHE 5 to be equipped Step 2 is used to determine the radiators to be equipped through a full search and a filter function. The radiators found will be displayed in a table and can be imported into the property report. The full text search in step 2 in a compact layout is displayed in the following figure. 16/ 34 06.02.
Full text search The full text search can be used to search for the radiator to be equipped based on the radiator data “Radiator group”, “Manufacturer”, “Model” or “Pitch”. Filter As an alternative to the full text search, the radiator can also be determined based on the default parameters “Radiator group”, “Manufacturer”, “Model” and “Pitch”. Siemens Building Technologies LUM4-SITS-GB0-KCWDB 06.02.
Radiator group The radiator group must always be selected. The respective radiators will be listed in the table after the radiator group has been selected. The list of the radiators can be further filtered through the parameters “Manufacturer”, “Model” and “Pitch”. 18/ 34 06.02.
Manufacturer If the manufacturer of the radiator is known, then the list of the radiators to be equipped can be restricted. Siemens Building Technologies LUM4-SITS-GB0-KCWDB 06.02.
Model If the model of the radiator is known, then the list of the radiators to be equipped can be restricted further. 20/ 34 06.02.
Pitch The selection field “Pitch” is used to further restrict the list of radiators to be equipped. Siemens Building Technologies LUM4-SITS-GB0-KCWDB 06.02.
Remote sensor Heat cost allocators with a remote sensor are not directly installed at the radiator. The parameter “Remote sensor” influences the Kc value of the radiators to be equipped. The selection of the remote sensor can determine whether the heat cost allocator is installed via the remote sensor or not. Installation height The options “75%”, “50%” and “deviating” are available as the installation heights. The parameter “Installation height” influences the Kc value of the radiators to be equipped.
The KC value origin is displayed in the column “Index”. Saved notes for the radiator can be opened by clicking on the “i” button. The following dialogue is displayed. Import the radiator into the property report The determined heat cost allocators can be selected in the table by setting a check mark at the start of each line and can they be added to the property report by clicking on the button “Import into the report”.
