Easy access to product information of the
current drive system (Power Module,
Control Unit, IOP-2).

The generated Data Matrix or QR code
provides a direct access to the Industry
Online Support database (General product
information, Documentation, Downloads,
FAQs, …).
The IOP-2 provides an automatically
generated overview about all used drive
components including order number
(MLFB), serial number, software version
and active alarms and warnings.

The code allows an easy and fast contacting
to the customer support via the Industry
Online Support App.
Easy coupling to any mobile devices (e.g.
tablets, smartphones) via Data Matrix or QR
code.

No online coupling to a drive is needed
(security).
Different code scanner will be supported.

High flexibility in use of any standard code
