Response
TA returns a list of pairs which represent the available facilities and the maximum
length of their password.

"AI" BAIC ( Bar All Incoming Calls)
"IR" BIC-Roam ( Bar Incoming Calls when Roaming outside the home

"AB" All Barring services (applicable only for <mode> = 0)
"AG" All outGoing barring services (applicable only for <mode> = 0)
"AC" All inComing barring services (applicable only for <mode> = 0)

"PS" Phone locked to SIM (device code)

<oldpwd> password specified for the facility. If an old password has not yet
been set, <oldpwd> has not to be entered.
Note: A password may already have been set, depending on the
provider. Please check with your provider.
