Radiator heating / chilled ceiling

The temperature of each office room is acquired and controlled. If there is a heat or a cooling demand of at least

one room, then the compressor will be released. Non-occupancy periods during the night can be programmed in a

time scheduler for each room group. During these time periods (night, weekend, holidays), the room temperatures

are automatically reduced. Open windows are automatically detected and room temperatures lowered to save heat-

ing energy or raised to save cooling energy. Also during the day the temperature is slightly reduced when the room

is not occupied.

Control of lighting

Presence detectors also help save energy by automatically turning off the lights when the room is not occupied. A

brightness sensor integrated in the presence detector helps to switch and dim the lights according to the brightness

level so that the whole room is optimally illuminated using as little artificial light as necessary.

Remote control

By integrating a Web server, remote control and monitoring of lights, windows and room temperatures are made

possible via Web browser on a PC or smartphone. In case of errors in the HVAC plant alarms can be received via e-

mail.
