The temperature of each office or meeting room is acquired and individually controlled. The fan can be operated on

the Contouch room controller or controlled by the presence detector. The heating plant is controlled in dependence

on the outside temperature and the heat demand from the rooms. Non-occupancy periods during the night can be

programmed in a time scheduler for each room. During these time periods (night, weekend, holidays), the room

temperatures are automatically reduced. Also during the day the temperature is slightly reduced when the room is

not occupied.
