Fan coil with blinds, light control according to occupancy for small to
middle-size office rooms
Highlights
· Text display for operation of lights and blinds

Room setup
· RDG100KN, room thermostat: The RDG100/KN measures the room temperature and controls the fan
coil unit. If needed the room thermostat sends a heating / cooling demand to the pimary controllers.
· UP 587/1, text display: The UP 587 shows function and status and allows to operate lights and blinds.
· UP 258E21, presence detector: The UP 258 detects occupancy in the room and measures the
brightness. These data are distributed to the room thermostat and the switch/dim actuator.
· N 526E02, switch/dim actuator: The N 526 receives brightness and occupancy information from the
presence detector and switches and dims the lighting accordingly.
· RMB795B, central control unit: The RMB795B is the room group manager which provides individual
time schedules for up to 10 rooms or room groups.
· N 523/04, blind actuator: The N 523 is controlled by the weather station and drives the blinds and its
slats to the required position.
· AP 257/22, weather station: The AP 257 measures outside temperature, brightness and windspeed and
calculates drive commands for the blind actuator.
· RMH760B, heating controller: The RMH760B controls the burner and the distribution system in the
heating plant according to the heat demand in the room and the outside temperature.
