Demand-compensated boiler temperature control with controlled
maintained boiler return temperature
· Demand-compensated boiler temperature control
· Controlled maintained boiler return temperature with mixing
valve
· Control of a boiler pump according to boiler operating mode
· Control of a single-stage or 2-stage burner
· Control of the boiler temperature via modulating burner with
DC 0…10 V control
Demand-compensated precontrol for external consumers
· Demand-compensated primary control
Control of cooling
CBA001 U2B HQ
Demand-dependent flow temperature control
· Plant on / off depending on demand from the consumers
(demand signal via KNX)
· Control of the chilled water pump, with pump kick and super-
vision of flow
· Control of the recooling pump, with pump kick and supervi-
sion of flow
· Control of the chilled water flow temperature by activating the
recooling pump and chiller
· Control of the recooling temperature via the recooling valve
and by activating the recooling fans
· Control of the chiller via compressor on / off command, refrig-
eration valve and a supervision input for the chiller's fault sta-
tus signal. The chiller can only be switched on when there is
flow of water through the evaporator and the condenser
The temperature of each office room is acquired and individually controlled. The heat and cooling demand from all
rooms is collected and transmitted to the heating plant (precontroller) and to the cooling plant. The heating plant is
controlled in dependence on the outside temperature and of the heating request by the precontroller. The cooling
plant is controlled in dependence on a cooling demand in the room. Non-occupancy periods during the night can be
programmed in a time scheduler for each room group. During these time periods (night, weekend, holidays), the
room temperatures are automatically reduced. Open windows are automatically detected and room temperatures
lowered / raised to save heating / cooling energy. Also during the day the temperature is slightly reduced when the
room is not occupied.
