Text entry without T9
Press number key repeatedly until
the required letter appears. After a
brief interval the cursor will advance.
Example:

Press briefly once for a,
twice for b etc. The first
letter of a name is
automatically written in
upper case.
Ä, ä, 1–9 Umlauts and numbers are
displayed after the
relevant letters.

Clear
§ Press briefly to delete the
letter before the cursor,
hold down to erase the
whole word.

Press briefly once for a

Use the joystick to guide
the cursor (forwards/back
and up/down).

Press briefly: Swap
