The LEDs on the TS Adapter II have the following meaning:
Designation Color Meaning
SF Red Group error:
Lights up when the TS Adapter II detects an error situation on the
modem interface or the MPI/DP interface.
This LED also is also lit during a firmware download operation.
BUSF Red Bus fault:
This LED is switched off when the TSP Adapter II has been
incorporated in the MPI/DP network without errors.
It is lit if the TS Adapter II is not incorporated in the MPI/DP network
due to faulty network parameters or a missing MPI connection.
DC3V Green Lights up when the TS Adapter II is supplied with the necessary
operating voltage.
RX/TX Green Indicates data traffic between the TS Adapter II and the (integrated)
modem. The LED flickers during data transmission.
DCD Yellow Lights up when a remote connection is established via the modem
interface of the TS Adapter II.
The LED is off when there is no remote connection.
After reset using the Reset key: Flashes 3 times when the default
parameter assignment has been applied.
USB Green Lights up when the TS Adapter II is connected to the USB and the
operating system of your PC is in normal mode. This LED is off when
the PC is in standby or idle mode.
The LED flickers during data transmission.
