Parameterization Message

You require this chapter only if you are not using an application such as

COM ET 200 Windows (version 2.0 or later).

The DP/ASi link requires the parameterization message during start-up. This

appendix describes the structure of the parameterization message for the DP/

ASi link when used as a DP standard slave.

When you have studied this chapter, you can manually create the parameter-

ization message on your own.
