Installed O/S Plug and Play means that all modules are automatically detected and
installed, providing they support the Plug and Play functionality.
[other] BIOS handles the entire Plug and Play capability,
default configuration
[Win95], [Win98], The operating system handles some of the Plug
[WinMe], [Win2000] and Play functions

reconfiguration is triggered the next time the system

components that do not support Plug and Play have
to be entered manually.
