Options
A variety of additional options allow you to adapt the FunkServerPro system to
individual requirements:
• Various phased redundancy options are available for building highly reliable
FunkServerPro systems, starting with a simple dual computer system up to
comprehensive FunkServerPro clusters.
• The dialog module allows you (together with the corresponding end devices) to
query information from the connected processes, to influence these processes as
well as to remotely configure the FunkServerPro (e.g. temporary log off from the
shift).
• The expanded call archive evaluation contained in the FunkServerPro logbook
supports quality assurance measures and allows you to create comprehensive
evaluation reports and logs.
Scope of delivery
The following functional packages are already included as part of the FunkServerPro
basic package:
• Radio call service channel “SMS via Provider-Gateway”.
• Radio call service channel “FAX”.
• Radio call service channel “Printer output (local/LAN)”.
• Process connection “SIMATIC WinCC / PCS7 local”.
• Web configuration and operation.
• Telephone book and shift management.
• Escalation system.
The optional GSM modem transmission channel directly supplies GSM-capable
recipient SMS without having to make a detour via the service provider gateway.
This transmission channel allows you to monitor the triggered alarm in the
FunkServerPro and to directly acknowledge it (successful alarm delivery).
